We are also just 3 miles from Bury which is famous for its thriving indoor and outdoor markets and its Black Pudding. Within half an hour we have Manchester – a truly cultural, cosmopolitan city. For nightlife you’ll not be left wanting – theatre, eating, drinking, dancing and much more! And in the day there are so many places to visit including countless museums, and if you are in need of some retail therapy then look no further. The city centre which has seen major redevelopment in the last 10 years offers a thriving mix of shops including some top names such as Harvey Nichols, Selfridges and House of Fraser. Also within 30 minutes of the hotel is the retail heaven that is the Trafford Centre with over 100 shops, mult-screen cinema and numerous restaurants and bars for a full day and night out!
For our guests who enjoy the outdoor life we are close to Holcombe Hill, Pendle Witch Country, Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District.
For football fans there is an incredible choice with several professional clubs all within 30 minutes – Manchester United, Manchester City, Bolton Wanderers, Blackburn Rovers, Burnley, Bury, Oldham Athletic, and Accrington Stanley.
